Mitigation actions

You can integrate with Okta to automate mitigation actions when HUMAN detects incidents with Account policy rules. These mitigation actions include closing malicious offline sessions or suspending suspicious user accounts. You can learn how to configure the integration with this article.

Prerequisites

  • The hosted domain of your Okta application
  • An authentication token for the Okta API
  • Appropriate role permissions to create and manage integrations

Integrate with Okta

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings > Integrations and click the Okta integration.
  2. Click Add Integration.
  3. Provide the following:
    • Name: The name for this integration and how it will appear in the HUMAN console.
    • Domain: The hosted domain for your Okta application.
    • Token: Your Okta API authentication token.
  4. Click Test Connection.
  5. Once the test succeeds, click Save changes.

Your Okta integration has been successfully configured. You can now use it to create a mitigation action.
