Actions

The Email to Consumer integration lets you connect your organization’s email domain and send emails to your consumers when your Policy Rules are met. You can add the integration to an email mitigation action to trigger it.

Prerequisites

  • The ability to update DNS records for your email domain
  • Appropriate role permissions to create and manage integrations

Integrate with Email to Consumer

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings > Integrations and click the Email to Consumer integration.
  2. Click Add Integration.
  3. Provide the Sender Domain, or the domain you want to send emails from. This is typically your organization’s email domain.
  4. Click Generate DNS Records & Save.
  5. Install the provided DNS records with your provider, then check the Verify you installed these DNS records box.
  6. Click Verify Installation. This verifies your DNS records were properly configured.
  7. Click Save changes.

You have successfully configured an email integration. Make sure to use the integration to trigger a mitigation action.
