The Detection Changes page lists each change to a detection in your HUMAN applications from the last seven days, which makes it useful for tracking and assessing how your traffic is affected by changes to your applications. Sightline Cyberfraud Defense considers something a detection change whenever there’s an update made to your mitigation settings. For example, adding a new rule to block users from a certain country in your Policy Rules would create detection changes for traffic from that country.

You can access Detection Changes from Sightline Cyberfraud Defense > Explore > Reports > Detection Changes. You can learn more about what’s available on this page with this article.

Detection Changes overview

You can find all detection changes organized into a table with the following information. You can filter the table by each of these as well.

  • Release date (UTC): The time and date that the change occurred in UTC.
  • Application: The HUMAN application that the change occurred on.
  • Bot Indicator: The type of signatures or indicators Sightline used to categorize the change as a bot.
  • Change type: The type of change for the detection.
  • Detection ID: The ID for the detection change. You can copy the ID for your reference if needed.

You can also download a CSV file of your detection changes to share as needed.
