Create an Account policy list

Once you have one or more Traffic policy lists, you can manage them from Sightline Cyberfraud Defense > Policies > List Management > Traffic List Management. This lets you organize your lists between Active and Archive as well as take actions on the list level. You can learn about the ways you can manage lists in this article.

Prerequisites

You need certain role permissions to update lists. By default, these are the Analyst or Admin roles in HUMAN.

Active lists

The Active tab shows custom lists that are available to use as conditions in your Traffic policy rules. You can filter and sort your lists from this view.

You can also hover over and click the button to show more list management options.

  • View/Edit list: Review the list’s entries and make changes if needed. See Update a Traffic policy list for more information.
  • Duplicate list: Create a copy of the list.
  • Copy list ID: Copy the list’s unique ID to your clipboard.
  • Clear list content: Permanently delete all entries in the list.
  • Archive list: Move the list to Archive.
  • Export list to CSV: Export a CSV file of the list’s audit log.
  • Go to list audit logs: Open the list’s audit log directly.

Archive lists

The Archive tab shows lists that are no longer available to use as conditions in your policy rules. You also cannot make changes to archived lists. Similarly to Active lists, you can filter and sort these lists to find the list you’re looking for.

You can also hover over and click the button to show more list management options.

  • View list: Review the list’s entries.
  • Unarchive list: Move the list to Active.
  • Copy list ID: Copy the list’s unique ID to your clipboard.
  • Export list to CSV: Export a CSV file of the list’s audit log.
  • Go to list audit logs: Open the list’s audit log directly.
