Validating Account Defender Integration

To see, if Account Defender is running:

  1. Go to the HUMAN Account Defender Dashboard.
  2. Search for a known user ID. You can use a test account, if you have one.
  3. Check if the user data is displayed on the Investigation page.

If no data is displayed, make sure:

  • The user ID was sent to us.
  • Account Defender is enabled.
  • At least 15 minutes have passed since the first activity on the account.
