Custom Actions Overview
Custom Actions Overview lets you view your Account actions, which are automated mitigation procedures you can add to Account Policy Rules. This lets you quickly review all your Account actions' details and manage them from one place.

Prerequisites
You need to create an Account action for it to appear in the Overview. See Custom Action Settings to learn how to make different types of actions.
Update an action
You can access the Overview page from Sightline Cyberfraud Defense > Settings > Mitigation > Custom Actions Overview. This displays a table of all your created actions, their category, how many Policy Rules use them, and more. If you have a lot actions, you can also filter your results.
Hover over a rule to show its management options .
- Edit action: Make changes to the action. You can also open this view by clicking on an action.
- Delete action: Permanently delete the action. If you have one or more rules that use this action, then you need to remove the action from those rules first.
- Open Integration: Navigate to HUMAN's integrations page to manage the integration associated with the rule.
