Reports are downloadable files generated from custom views on the Explore page of the HUMAN Dashboard, run either on a one-time basis (ad hoc) or as part of a recurring schedule. You can download these reports on the Reports page of the Dashboard.

Create a scheduled report

Follow these steps to create a report that runs on a schedule.

  1. Create or adjust the Explore view for which you want to schedule the report.
  2. Under the view settings & data section, click Schedule.
  3. Configure how often you want the report to Repeat. Depending on your selection, you may need to select the frequency at which the report will repeat. For example, if you choose to repeat it weekly, you need to choose the day of the week to generate the report on.
  4. Toggle on the setting to Schedule active, which enables scheduled reports. Generated reports appear in the Reports page.
  5. Click X to exit the Schedule menu.
  6. If you want to email scheduled reports, click Share. Otherwise, skip to Step 10.
  7. Add the emails to send the scheduled reports to.

By default, only certain authorized domains can be added as recipients. If you want to send email notifications to an email address whose domain hasn’t yet been approved, please contact a HUMAN representative for assistance.

  1. Click Save Email.
  2. Toggle on the setting to Active.
  3. Click X to exit the Email menu.
  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.
