About the Creatives Dashboard

The Creatives page provides a centralized view of creatives scanned for your platform, including why a creative was passed, failed, or flagged. Use the filters to narrow results, then export data for further analysis.

Reference steps 2-7 for a walkthrough of Creatives.

Dashboard filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the creative results. The available filters are:

  • Submitted Date: The period you want to display results for.
  • Result Status: Use the dropdown menu to filter creatives based on the overall outcome of their evaluation.
  • Processing Status: Filter creatives by their current state.
  • Rules: Filter the list to show creatives that triggered specific policy rules. You configure those rules on Creative Rules.
    • You can search for a rule using Search rule or select from the alphabetical list, such as ADomain Mismatch, Adult, or Alcohol.
    • You can further refine this filter by selecting a specific Rule status associated with your chosen rule, such as Failed or Flagged.
  • Search bar: Filter creatives by Creative ID, ADomain, or other attributes.

Export data

You can download your filtered views for external reporting and further offline analysis. Click the export icon Export icon to download a CSV file of your current view.

Exports are capped at a maximum of 10,000 records per file. If your query yields more than 10,000 results, the export truncates the data. Apply a stricter Date range or additional filters to reduce the result size before exporting.

AQ creative view

The AQ creative view provides a detailed breakdown of a specific creative asset, its metadata, and the results of its policy evaluation.

Creative visual and metadata

The left panel of the page centers around a visual preview or placeholder image of the creative. Below the image, you can review high-level metadata attributes, including:

  • Creative Name
  • Ad Media Type
  • Animation
  • Ad Asset Types
  • Submitted Date
  • Dimensions
  • Language

You can expand specific dropdown menus to investigate the Declared Creative, Detected Creative, Detected Landing Page, and the Delivery Chain. A History section at the bottom tracks the evaluation timeline, status changes, and specific issues detected.

Rule checks and violations

The main right panel displays the Checks table, which lists all the quality and policy rules evaluated against the creative. You can filter this list using the Status and Category dropdown menus at the top.

The table breaks down the results using the following columns:

  • Status: Displays the rule’s outcome, such as Flagged or Not Detected.
  • Category: Indicates the grouping of the rule, such as Technical or Content.
  • Rule Name: Specifies the exact policy evaluated, such as Broken Clickthrough, Rendering Error, or Alcohol.
  • Rejection Reason: Provides descriptive context if a rule fails, such as stating that the landing page is blank.

Technical details

Below the rules table, several expandable panels provide detailed information on the creative asset. These include:

  • Category: Displays the content classifications and industry taxonomies applied to the creative and landing page.
  • Clickthrough Path: Shows the full URL redirect path from the initial user click to the destination page.
  • Security: Highlights security threats, malvertising flags, and code vulnerabilities found in the creative.
  • Network Load: Tracks the bandwidth, file weight, and external network requests generated by the ad.
  • Creative Markup: Displays the raw source code used to structure and render the advertisement.
