# NGINX - C Module

This guide describes how to install the Nginx module.

The module currently supports **Nginx 1.14** and above (with "threads" support) on the following Linux distros:

* Alpine Linux
* Amazon Linux
* CBL-Mariner / Azure Linux
* Centos (7 and higher)
* Debian (7 “wheezy” and higher)
* RHEL (7 and higher)
* RockyLinux
* Ubuntu (16.04 and higher)

As well as following Operating Systems are supported:

* FreeBSD
* MacOS (with Homebrew)
