# About the Threat Library

You can reference the **Threat Library** for the **threat classes** and **threat trait definitions** that are used throughout Malvertising dashboards, such as the [Threat Analytics dashboard.](/advertising/about-the-threat-analytics-dashboard)

## Threat classes

The **Threat classes** section lists the name and identification number for each threat classification used in the Malvertising dashboards. Click a class to learn more about that class and its **threat traits**.

## Threat trait definitions

The **threat trait definitions** section lists all **threat traits** and their definitions from **threat classes** in one place. Browse the definitions as needed and **copy** them for your own use.
